At SpeedCubeShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
